Three sworn into office for Pattonville school board

 Board president Dr. Brian Gray, right, swears into office, from left, Lisa Kickbusch, Mary Kay Campbell and Daniel Wentz.Three Pattonville residents were sworn into office to serve on the Pattonville Board of Education. Returning board member Mary Kay Campbell and new board member Dr. Daniel Wentz were elected to the board during the April 5 election and will serve three-year terms. Lisa Kickbusch was appointed to the board to fill a one-year position after the resignation of board member Mindy Ridings. Kickbusch was selected after the board accepted applications for the seat and conducted interviews on April 11. All three were sworn into office on April 12 by board president Dr. Brian Gray. 

 

The board of education and superintendent Dr. Tim Pecoraro also thanked leaving board member Ruth Petrov for her 18 years of service on the board.

The school board also voted on officers and annual appointments to various organizations. The officers are as follows: Gray, president; Campbell, vice president; Jeanne Schottmueller, secretary; and Brandon Wilkes, treasurer. 

Campbell was also appointed to the Pattonville Education Foundation. Gray was appointed as a delegate to the Missouri School Boards Association, with Schottmueller appointed as alternate. Schottmueller was also appointed as the board member to represent Pattonville on the Governing Council of the Special School District, with Wilkes as alternate. Andrea Glenn is also a director on the board of education.
