Board Actions

The board of education on Sept. 13:
  • Heard reports from the Facilities and CSIP Steering committees;
  • Reviewed information regarding Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP) and Missouri School Improvement Program (MSIP 6);
  • Approved paying $1,487,762.32 for regular bills;
  • Approved, subject to audit, the financial statements for the months of July and August 2022;
  • Adopted a resolution declaring official intent to reimburse certain project costs with proceeds of bond;
  • Approved a banking resolution giving authority for staff to conduct banking business in the name of the district;
  • Approved a secondary employment contract for off-duty police officers with the Maryland Heights Police Department;
  • Approved an agreement for four school resource officers (SROs) with the City of Maryland Heights;
  • Approved the district assessment plan;
  • Readopt policy BBFA (Board Member Conflict of Interest and Financial Disclosure);
  • Approved paying $6,381.50 to Tueth, Keeney, Mohan and Jackstadt for legal services;
  • Readopt a resolution declaring the month of October 2022 as Disability History and Awareness Month in the Pattonville School District;
  • Approved the purchase of 400 additional copy paper for $14,104.20;
  • Approved the purchase, delivery, and installation of furniture for Pirate Academy classrooms and furniture for innovative space and office area at Pattonville Heights Middle School from Education Plus, c/o CI Select, for $109,431.44;
  • Awarded the quote for two Western Stricker Salt Spreaders to Westerparts for $13,854.00;
  • Approved the renewal of the Microsoft Subscription agreement with Insight for a 12-month period for $29,656.32; and
  • Approved the quote from Pat Kelly Equipment Company Inc., for a Skidloader for $52,578.00.
